Custom Computer Generated Designs and Planting Plans
Along with your design you will receive a categorized plant list and quote for Perspective Landscapes to do the garden installation aspect.
Concepts may include: Interlock, retaining walls, natural stone, plant material, water features, structures, & accessories.
Design Process:
Initial Consultation/Site Analysis & Inventory:
The design process begins with a visit to your home to assess the project. First your ideas, requirements, and preferences about the space will be collected. Secondly, measurements and specifications will be gathered to create a plot and begin designing.
Concept Development:
After evaluating all of your requests and the site specifications, a design to match is then created.
Presentation:
A professional computer generated design will be presented to you at your home. All elements and the overall design concept will be explained. Pictures of the plants used in the design will also be shown. Options for implementation and phasing can be discussed.
The base fee for the initial consultation and site analysis & inventory is $100.00. Concept development is $30.00 per hour.

Whether being implemented all at once or over a period of time, having a scaled design gives you an objective to work towards and prevents trying to piece things together. If you are planning on having your landscape professionally installed, a scaled design also ensures that the work will be installed as proposed.

- Rework and Update existing beds
From the design, plant material will be personally selected from local nurseries.
